The metaphor of a butterfly metamorphosis, from a colourless caterpillar into an exquisite, winged creature of delicate beauty, is the Relentless You. The inspiration and motivation within each of us as human beings to triumph in transformation and succeed with hope.
The principles of “Relentless-You” stems primarily from one woman and her experiences over the course of a 20-year journey. Behzad is a wife, a mother, who has to her credit over 2000 coaching hours. A firm believer in faith and energy. Historically, she comes from a long line of health practitioners she has associated with at an incredibly young age. She is happiest when helping people. There are many who can relate to this happy sensation. Behzad however, opted to make a career out of it. She believes that sometimes, the most extraordinary answers lie in the most ordinary things.
Our vision is to present Purpose & Promise, to enhance, one's physical and mental peace and calm, so as to live fully in the present.

Listening to our meditations, affirmations and delving into music therapy is the best way to get started. All of our series are created with the guidance of well renowned music therapists and artists that speaks to a wide variety of audiences such as students, working moms, newly wedded couples, parents, teachers, beginners and also children.
Our series on mindfulness offers a brief reminder or tips on how to be mindful throughout the day, no matter what the situation may be. It also deep dive into tough subjects, however, teaches you to create a life of greater peace, resilience and happiness.
